Spring 2020 Season- Cancelled

In light of the new guidelines from the governor in response to the spread of the coronavirus and in an effort to keep all of our soccer community safe, the WCSSF in conjunction with Indiana Soccer has decided to cancel the 2020 Spring Soccer Season.  Please know that this difficult decision was not made in haste.

Parents and guardians should check their emails for important information regarding refunds for their spring registration fees.  If you have any questions, please contact the Mill Creek Optimist Soccer Board at millcreeksoccerclub@gmail.com.

Spring Soccer Registration

SPRING SOCCER!    Teams for Boys & Girls, ages 3-19   
Register Online January 15-February 28:  http://sports.bluesombrero.com/Default.aspx?tabid=791286   
Season info:
6U, 8U, & 10U start April 4, and end the week prior to Memorial Day.
4U Little Kickers starts April 7, and.ends May 21.
11U, 13U, 15U, & 19U practices start mid-March.  First games are weekend of April 10, and  tourneys are weekend of May 30.
*Last fall, some of the age divisions changed in Rec+. Please see our age chart (Age chart Spring 2020) and email us if you have any questions at millcreeksoccerclub@gmail.com.
*Space may be limited in 11U, 13U, 15U, & 19U due to roster rules.  All clubs must also abide by IHSAA rules regarding rostered high school players.
*Late registrations are only accepted if there is room on a team.  Late fees apply.
*No refunds

(We accept homeschool players and high school students not participating on a HS team.)

Registration is open January 15-March 3

Teams for Boys & Girls, ages 3-19

*No special requests can be honored.  (Siblings within the same div. will be placed on the same team.)

**Late Registrations only accepted if there is room on a team.  Late fees apply.

***League roster limits and IHSAA rules effect number of players allowed in 12U, 15U, & 19U divs.  Early registration is highly recommended!  Players are accepted in order of when their registrations are received.

****No refunds.

Players must be 3 yrs. old on or before April 9, for 4U Little Kickers program.  

Players must still be enrolled in high school to be eligible for our 19U team.  (Home schooled players are welcomed!)

Spring Soccer Schedule:

  • Rec Opening Day (6U,8U, & 10U)- Sat., April 6
  • Little Kickers (4U) first practice- Tues., April 9
  • Rec+ practices start in March; first games are weekend of April 6
  • 19U tourney- weekend of May 18
  • 4U & 6U final games- Thurs., May 23
  • 8U & 10U Jamboree- Sat., May 25
  • 12U & 15U tourneys- weekend of June 1

Field Rules

We expect our coaches, parents, players, and spectators to model good sportsmanship at all times.  

Our fields are SMOKE FREE (includes e-cigarettes) and PET FREE areas.
Please leave all pets at home, even small ones.  NO ALCOHOL is allowed on the property.

Please note that anyone in violation of the no smoking, no pets, no alcohol rules will be asked to leave the fields immediately.  Visiting teams are also asked to comply.

We want all of our children to have an enjoyable time on the fields.  We are grateful to the school corporation for the use of the land and facilities and ask everyone to be respectful of the property and the field rules.
