Parent Participation Fee

Beginning the Spring 2017 Season when you sign your child up for our
soccer program, there will be a $20 Parent Participation Fee added to
each child’s registration.
The fee is refundable and will be returned to you at the end of the season once you have
completed volunteer work.  Each family must complete one volunteer
shift per child participating in the program.
*If you are selected as coach/assistant coach/team manager, you will
NOT be required to work in additional volunteer areas.  Coaching crews
put in multiple hours on/off the fields to prepare their teams.
*If a game is canceled prior to the start of your shift in the
concession stand or golf cart, you must sign up for a new time slot.
Likewise if you sign up for field day or another event and it ends up
being rescheduled due to weather, you may work the rescheduled date or
chose another volunteer area.
*Please remember to sign in at the concession stand when working a shift.

There is a section on the registration for you to select the area(s)
you would like to volunteer in.  We offer a variety of options-
coaching, concession stand, driving golf cart, field set up, painting
fields, etc.  The concession stand and golf cart are perhaps the
easiest options.  You select the time slot you want to work, so you
don’t end up missing your child’s practice/game.

We understand that not all families are able to volunteer.  You may
chose not to volunteer but understand that the Parent Participation
Fee will not be returned if you do so. 

We love our parents and greatly appreciate all the time and energy you
put into this program!  Our club is run completely by volunteers, and
our parents go above and beyond.  Thank you!
